Purpose:
This position’s primary responsibility is to use modern web design to turn design concepts into fully responsive, visually appealing websites along with updating existing websites. This position requires a customer service-oriented individual with a technical web aptitude that is looking to grow or continue their web career.
Responsibilities:
- Build and design WordPress new and existing websites using Elementor (Free and Pro)
- Customize existing themes and templates to meet client specifications
- Assist in maintaining and updating websites to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with senior developers and designers on web projects
- Ensure websites are responsive, user-friendly, and optimized for speed and SEO
- Follow / document processes and procedures.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management
Minimum Skills, Education, and Experience:
- Motivated and creative with hands-on experience using Elementor (page builder) for WordPress.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and WordPress
- Experience using Elementor page builder
- Strong eye for design, layout, and user experience
- Familiarity with website optimization and responsiveness
- Ability to follow directions and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and techniques

We’re located in Hoffman Estates, IL, but this position would essentially be remote.
