Entry Level IT Engineer (Part Time)
Job position description:
We’re looking for a part-time entry-level IT engineer. The ideal candidate is someone who’s just out of school and looking for some quality career experience. Compensation is hourly with opportunity for advancement.
Some of the tasks include:
- Troubleshooting issues (via phone) with desktop / laptop computers, Microsoft Office 365, email, VOIP phones, WIFI access points, network devices, etc.
- Install new desktop / laptop computers, operating system patches, device firmware, etc.
- Follow / document processes and procedures.
Location:
We’re located in Hoffman Estates, IL, but this position would essentially be for remote, on-call, and on-site visits (as needed) for locations we manage in the Berkeley / Elmhurst area of Illinois.
