If you have set your antivirus software to automatically update but it has been turned off without your knowledge, you have a false sense of security. This will lead you to believe that you are protected when you’re really not.<\/p>\n Make sure to verify that your computer has the latest software and that it is regularly updating with the latest virus information.<\/p>\n Also keep in mind that if your computer does catch a virus, it may affect your computer along with passing itself along to other computers via email, USB flash drives, or even over a network.
